To request an appointment please fill out the booking form below. 

 

A NON-REFUNDABLE $100 deposit is required to schedule and secure any new appointments. The deposit is to ensure that you are serious about your appointment and is deducted from the total price of your session.

 

If you miss your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit.

 

You must provide 72 hours notice if you need to reschedule.  If you fail to provide 72 hours notice, you will forfeit your deposit.

 

Please contact me if you are going to be late.  If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit and the appointment will be cancelled.  A new deposit will be required to re-book.
